We boil authentic Louisiana-farmed crawfish only. These crawfish are handwashed and sorted to keep them live. We wash them for long hours to make sure that only live, fresh, and cleaned crawfish will be dropped in the boiler. We boil them in our gourmet seasoned water for an optimal taste and for them to absorb the flavor through and through.
We also add our homemade seasoning to make the crawfish hot, spicy, and atomic.
